HEAPS is a health-tech platform that is transforming the healthcare experience, and taking patient engagement to the next level.

Our platform sources, analyzes, and summarizes complex data into actionable insights, deployed by care managers post discharge.

Through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, we have revolutionized care management, where the patient needs it most, at home.

What We're Really Known For

Empowering Care Managers and Case Managers to easily oversee, engage, and communicate with patients in a way that keeps them on the right path throughout their journey.

HEAPS increases satisfaction, decreases the average cost of care and produces better healthcare outcomes.

HEAPS was founded by Dr. Suman Katragadda in 2020. A team of clinicians and I.T. professionals helped develop the platform to fill a need in healthcare that Dr. Katragadda experienced first-hand.

On a visit to India, Dr. Katragadda was treated at a hospital for an urgent issue, only to experience side effects after being discharged. The ensuing disconnect he encountered led him to think about silos in healthcare, including patients, hospitals, and insurance companies. Without data interaction, the outcomes weren’t just poor health but also higher medical bills, more claims, and future hospital stays that could have been avoided.

Dr. Katragadda’s background as a technologist and his professional experience led him to an AI solution that would bring the three silos together to increase transparency and efficiency.

Since launching in 2020, HEAPS has rapidly evolved to become a transformational leader in the health tech space. Operations currently include India, the USA, Singapore, and the Middle East, with expansion into Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. HEAPS is privately funded and managed by a global leadership team.
